What the 6 months of free support covers
Covers bug fixes only — anything that was built and delivered but doesn't work as agreed (broken forms, layout errors, crashes, deployment problems). Response within 2 working days.
Does not cover: new features or design changes, content updates, third-party service changes or outages (hosting, APIs, payment gateways), issues caused by someone else editing the code, and domain, hosting, or API costs. Anything outside this scope is quoted separately.
Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is due before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due before final delivery and handover. Payment methods are arranged directly over email.
What do the 6 months of free support cover?

Do I own the website and the code?
Yes. Full ownership of the final code and design transfers to you once you have paid in full. Until then, TXL Studio retains ownership of the work in progress.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions during development. Additional rounds are billed separately at an hourly rate agreed beforehand.
How long will my project take?
Timelines are estimated at the start of each project, after a short scoping call, based on scope. Late feedback or missing content and assets on your side can extend the timeline.
Are domain and hosting included?
No. You buy and own your domain and hosting. Domain names, hosting and any third-party services or licenses are billed separately unless agreed otherwise in writing.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
The deposit is non-refundable because it covers work already started, but you owe nothing further for work that has not started.
What is founding client pricing?
Launch rates for my first few clients while I build my portfolio. The founding price and the regular price are both shown on each package.
Domain & hosting are purchased and owned by you. Final quote depends on scope, confirmed on the scoping call.
