Privacy Policy
- We collect what you type into the contact form (name, email, project details), basic Google Analytics data (which pages you visit), and what you type into the chat assistant if you use it.
- We use it only to respond to you and to understand which pages are useful — never sold, never shared with advertisers.
- Up to three services can touch your data: Formspree (delivers your form submission to our email), Google Analytics (site usage stats), and Groq (an AI service, used only when a chat question can't be answered automatically).
- Email us anytime to have your data deleted.

What we collect
Three sources of data on this site:
- The chat assistant. If you use the assistant, most questions are answered automatically on this site, with nothing sent anywhere else. If a question needs more than that, the message you typed may be sent to an AI service (Groq) to write a reply. Nothing is stored on this site's servers, and the conversation stays in your browser's session until you close the tab. Please don't type passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into it. If you choose to send your details to Inayath from the chat, that goes through the same form service as the contact form (below).
- The contact form. Name, email, company/business (optional), project type, approximate budget (optional), timeline (optional), and whatever you write in the message field.
- Google Analytics. Standard usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type, and referring site. This is aggregate and isn't tied to your name unless you also submit the contact form.
How it's used
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and discuss the project — never sold, never used for marketing without asking first. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
Who else sees it
- Formspree processes contact form submissions and forwards them by email. See Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
- Groq may process a chat message that the automatic answers can't handle, per Groq's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics processes usage data per Google's privacy policy.
Nobody else. No ad networks, no data brokers, no resale.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to recognize return visits. You can block these in your browser's privacy settings without affecting anything else on this site.
Your rights
You can ask for any data you've submitted through the contact form to be deleted at any time — email help.txlcustomer@gmail.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the site changes. Check back here periodically.
