BFL Infra

Concept project · lead generation

A self-directed concept project — a full business website designed for a fictional civil engineering and construction firm, built to demonstrate lead-generation-focused web design: turning visitors into qualified proposal requests, not just displaying information.

Challenge

A construction firm's site needs to do more than list services — it needs to turn visitors into qualified proposal requests, not just display information.

Outcome

A complete, production-quality business site with trust signals, a lead-capture proposal form, and a full page structure — a self-directed proof of this conversion-focused approach.

Key features
  • Lead-capture "Request a Proposal" form with service-type dropdown, routed straight to the business
  • Full site structure — Home, About Us, Services, Projects, Contact — built to the same standard as a live business site
  • Trust signals up front: years of experience, projects delivered, client satisfaction, licensed-engineer status
  • Dedicated contact block with office address, phone, email, and business hours
  • Team/leadership section, built to scale as the company grows
  • Fully responsive layout with a consistent brand identity (logo, tagline, color system) across every page

BASE

Base Fragrances

Client project · e-commerce

A full luxury perfume e-commerce store for Base Fragrances (basefragrances.com) — a Hyderabad-inspired fragrance brand built around oud, amber, and musk, with an Arabic identity (أساس, "Asās" — foundation) woven through the branding.

Challenge

A luxury fragrance brand needed a real storefront that didn't feel like a generic template — with bilingual Arabic/English branding woven through the entire experience.

Outcome

A live, in-production storefront with a custom cart and checkout, an interactive 3D bottle carousel, and a dedicated Attars & Oud collection — shipped and running at basefragrances.com today.

Key features
  • Full e-commerce flow — product catalog, cart, and checkout, built custom rather than on a template platform
  • Interactive 3D "Signature Bottles" carousel — drag to explore all six fragrances, a custom-built interaction, not a plugin
  • Searchable, filterable perfume collection by fragrance family
  • Detailed scent profiles for every fragrance — top, heart, and base notes
  • Dedicated Attars & Oud line — alcohol-free, oil-based fragrances presented as their own collection
  • Bilingual brand identity — Arabic (أساس) and English woven through the design, not just translated

TXL Aegis

Own product · security scanning

A self-built security scanner that runs the same checks used to harden every TXL Studio client build, packaged as its own product — complimentary with any build, or as a standalone engagement for any other site.

Challenge

Shipping a site is only half the job — most freelance and small-agency builds go live with missing security headers, no rate limiting, and other easily-fixed gaps nobody checked for.

Outcome

Live and in active use — every new TXL Studio build ships with it included, and any other business can request a standalone scan and report.

TXL Cloud and TXL GPT ship as real desktop apps, not browser shortcuts

These are my own two AI chat products, local-first alternatives to hosted AI chat, both live in production. A few notes from building them:

01

Hardware-aware install

The NSIS installer detects the machine's RAM and GPU before picking a model tier — no manual config, no crashing a 4GB laptop with a 14B model.

02

DPI-aware manifest

Fixed blurry native-text rendering on scaled Windows displays by embedding a proper DPI-aware manifest into the Electron build.

03

Session persistence bug

Login sessions weren't surviving reboots — traced to Chromium's batched cookie-store writes racing an app close. An app.quit()-based fix caused hangs; flushing on window-close instead solved it cleanly.
